The basis of the interior solution is simplicity, which gives the space peace. In the living rooms, including the kitchenette, a laminate floating floor in the decor of Carpathian oak is designed. The wooden look adds warmth to the apartments and harmonizes well with the natural character of the location.

The walls and ceilings are painted white, which supports the lightness of the interior and allows the materials and views to stand out. Ceramic tiles are used in the bathrooms, toilets, closets and hallways, i.e. a surface that is durable and easy to maintain even with frequent recreational use.

Materials that make sense by the lake

The selection of materials meets the requirements for easy maintenance, everyday use and a timeless appearance. The bathrooms combine ceramic tiles and tiles in imitation of marble with white sanitary ware and chrome elements. The result is a clean and elegant space.

The outdoor areas of the apartments are also designed practically. The balconies and terraces have frost-resistant concrete tiles in a natural design, suitable for the year-round conditions at Lipno. The emphasis on quality is also evident in the details. Sapeli interior doors in a rebateless design support the clean appearance of the rooms. The same shade also appears on the sockets and switches, thanks to which the interior has a uniform appearance.

The duplex apartments are complemented by a wooden staircase made of ash wood. This element brings a natural material and a sense of home to the interior, which fits well with the Lipno environment.

Eco-efficient technologies for modern living

The standard includes not only appearance, but also operational comfort. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and a temperature control system with the possibility of remote control via the Internet. Each apartment is connected to a residential heat exchanger, which provides heating and hot water.

All houses are designed with photovoltaic power plants and preparation for heat pumps. The buildings are designed with the aim of achieving energy efficiency class B. All this contributes to a more economical and comfortable use of the apartments throughout the year.
